Legal Manager – Corporate Law
Role Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer / Legal Manager with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law. The candidate should be capable of independently managing legal matters, handling client requirements and effectively coordinating a legal team.
Experience: 1–2 years minimum
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
• Manage MCA/ROC filings and corporate compliance matters.
• Handle company/LLP incorporation, restructuring, corporate actions and related documentation.
• Manage trademark and intellectual property matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports and advisory notes.
• Assist in legal due diligence, investments, transactions and business restructuring.

Audit Senior
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to lead statutory and internal audit engagements, manage tax filings, and handle statutory compliances across both Indian and UAE client portfolios. The candidate should be capable of independently executing audit plans, managing corporate regulatory filings, and supervising audit associates
Requirements
- CA Inter or CMA qualified.
- 3+ years of relevant audit and tax experience.
- Working knowledge of Ind AS, AS, and Companies Act provisions.
- Practical exposure to Income Tax, GST, and MCA filings.
- Familiarity with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
- Leadership, review, and client-handling capabilities.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
